[edit] Snakebites - An Alchoholic Concoction

This seems to be a drink mostly served in Irish bars. Standard bars don't seem to know it, or get it confused with the shot. It goes down pretty smooth, so you can slip into drinking them fast, but they work just as well when nursed.

2 parts Cider - preferably a clear cider (Cider Jack seems to work best, but Magners and others work)

3 parts Harps Beer

Best served as a Pint.

This is a good compromise between the taste of beer and that of Cider. So if you can't quite decide, or can't quite bring yourself to drink one or the other, maybe try this out. -Nate F.
