On Strike!
A thick crowd of angry workers stands here, shouting slogans and holding placards. They denounce the mistreatment and budget cuts, demanding better safety and healthcare, as well as repayment for their lost wages. Their anger seems directed at the whole Eastern Union government, not one political party. Security guards are nowhere to be seen.
This location cannot be entered unless you either:
- Are led by a member of the construction team.
- Bypass its Crowd rating.
