Fish Otis

[edit] Ingredients

  • 10-12 oz fish fillets
  • 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ tsp dried dill (or 2 tsp fresh)
  • dash salt & pepper
  • 1/3– ½ c. sour cream
  • 2-3 thick slices of red onion

  • preheat oven to 375
  • rinse & dry fillets, place them in an oiled baking pan. Sprinkle w/ lemon juice, dill, S&P. Spread sour cream evenly over fillets. Break onion slices into rings & press into the sour cream.
  • Cover pan, bake until fish is no longer translucent & flakes easily with a fork. Usually takes 25-30 minutes.
