Fish Otis

- 10-12 oz fish fillets
- 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- ¾ tsp dried dill (or 2 tsp fresh)
- dash salt & pepper
- 1/3– ½ c. sour cream
- 2-3 thick slices of red onion

- preheat oven to 375
- rinse & dry fillets, place them in an oiled baking pan. Sprinkle w/ lemon juice, dill, S&P. Spread sour cream evenly over fillets. Break onion slices into rings & press into the sour cream.
- Cover pan, bake until fish is no longer translucent & flakes easily with a fork. Usually takes 25-30 minutes.
