Paleo-GMing by Matt Mitchell, in the form of aimless yet railroady wandering. These were the elder days.
Notable features of the campaign setting were that it was flat (hence its name, embarrassingly derived from "Mercator") and that it contained a large metal artifical continent shaped like a forearm holding a sword. Jeez, I don't know.
