Perhaps one of the few good cherry drinks out there. The official version of the drink calls for half and half and ice. The better tasting version described below employs vanilla ice cream instead. One can also omit the splash of cherry liqueur.

The drink is low in alcohol content, but like any frozen drink it nees to be drunk while cold. As it warms the quality diminishes.

Cherry Repair Kit

• 1/2 oz. White Créme De Cacao
• 1/2 oz. Amaretto
• 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream
• 6 Maraschino Cherries
• 1/2 oz. Maraschino Cherry Juice
• Splash of Cherry Liqueur

Fill blender with ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with a cherry.
