One of the best Banana drinks out there. It requires a large variety of rather specialized components and a little bit of work but the results are truly worthwhile. The recipe officially calls for a half of a banana, but more banana yields a much richer flavor.

For the alcohol content aware, this is a weak drink with a lot of thickness. It is possible to drink it over a long period of time, but as it warms it becomes much less interesting.

Banana Tree

• 1 oz. Banana Liqueur
• 1/2 oz. White Créme De Cacao
• 1/2 oz. Galliano
• 1 banana (peeled)
• 5 scoops of vanilla ice cream
• 4 drops of vanilla extract

Fill blender with Banana Liqueur, White Créme De Cacao, Galliano, banana (peeled), vanilla ice cream, vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Pour into glass. Garnish with a slice of banana.
