A science fiction game run at Bennington College. Its system was simplistic, with a very short skill list and not much else; this sprang from the GM's desire to avoid number-crunching and system-oriented powergaming.
The game was poorly received, largely because the system was in fact totally sketchy and vague, and foundered after the first adventure. But it is worth noting that that adventure featured a scene in which two rather dim robots ("Purple Scanner Seven" and "Red Cylinder Fourteen"), asked by the party how machine-people procreated, stammered out an embarrasedly vague "Well, er, you see, the mommy robot and the daddy robot love each other very much, and so um they, you know, get together, and . . . um, and that's how baby robots are made!"
Note also that "M.M.I.O.S." stands for "Matt Mitchell in Outer Space."
